For any copyright, please send me a message.  A car drove around barriers and ploughed into revellers at a carnival parade in Germany, leaving about 10 injured amid fears it was an attack.  Witnesses say the silver Mercedes "raced full throttle" and appeared to deliberately slam into spectators, including children, in the town of Volkmarsen.  The car travelled about 30 metres before finally coming to a stop amid a chaotic and distressing scene where bloodied victims lay on the floor.  German news website HNA cited witnesses as saying the driver appeared to have deliberately targeted children.   Pictures from the scene show debris from a small hand cart which was completely destroyed in the collision.  The cause of the incident was under investigation and police declined to say whether it was an accident or a deliberate attack.  Police in the region of Nordhessen confirmed that one person was responsible for the attack, only adding that an investigation was "ongoing".  Did you witness the incident?
