Labor uses 'sports rorts' to 'change the subject' from 'each-way Albo'

Labor uses 'sports rorts' to 'change the subject' from 'each-way Albo' Sky News host Paul Murray says the “Canberra columbos” in the media are trying to find the latest damning evidence to “suggest the Morrison government is corrupt to its core”.

The sports rorts scandal took another turn on Wednesday with the revelations 136 emails were exchanged between former Sports Minister Bridget McKenzie and the prime minister’s office, which Labor used in question time to resurface the scandal.

Mr Murray said this was indicative of an “opposition that is desperate to change the subject from having a leader who is each-way Albo”.

“Is Labor trying to suggest no ministerial discretion should exist anywhere in the way public funds are used,” he said.
