NLEX Harbor Link C3 R10 Section - Malabon Exit Opening

The NLEX HARBOR LINK Malabon Exit will open today. The opening ceremony was attended by DPWH secretary Mark Villar and officers of #NlexCorp and #MPTC

The Malabon Exit is part of the 2.6 km NLEX Harbor Link C3-R10 Section, and starts from Caloocan Interchange in C3 Caloocan to Dagat Dagatan Avenue.

Access to public schedule was officially opened around 5pm
