The Reason I Ran Out of My Mental Hospital

One day Yanna spoke to her dietician at the mental facility and asked for a decrease to her meal plan and when they said no she decided she had ENOUGH of this place. That was it. Once all the nurses were distracted, Yanna ran out - straight into the freezing cold - and She didn't look back. For Yanna every day is a new struggle but she's starting to learn that her motivation to get better needs to come from herself, not somebody else.
