Sky News host Rita Panahi says it is important to “not blur the lines and say there is a crossover” between true nationalism and far right extremism. Her comment responded to Labor backbencher Ed Husic who “jumped on the part of the ASIO report talking about far right extremism” and argued “there should be a major response and a major focus on far right terrorism".
Ms Panahi said “if your saluting a Nazi flag… you are not proud of Australia and you are not a nationalist".
