Truck Camper VS Class C RV - Which is BEST?

Choosing the proper travel vehicle makes a HUGE difference in your enjoyment and ability to do and travel where you want. Today, we are taking a look at the differences between a truck camper and small RV. Specifically, 2019 Ford F250 w/ Northstar Laredo SC Camper & 2010 Winnebago View 24J (Mercedes Sprinter Chassis). What is best?

Overall… the winner is the RV! However, you really have to decide what is most important. We find the categories that are most relevant when it comes to our travel is:
1) Space
2) Versatility
3) MPG
4) Capability
5) Comfort
6) Off Grid
7) Cost
8) Power/Tow
9) Parkability

What is important to you??
It’s good to consider everything together and determine what are the “nice to haves” and “needed items”. At the end of the day… everything is a tradeoff. For instance, more comfort often comes at the expense of cost, capability and parkability.
