1. Indecision, make decisions quick but don’t make quick decisions (there’s a distinction). Make sure you don't hesitate on making choices when you have already weighed out your pros and cons. There’s no entirely correct choice, you can always make changes slowly along the way so don't hold yourself back and make your decisions quickly! Don't spend another day, month or even YEAR just thinking about the goal you want to achieve, go in there and put your plan into action!

2. Optimize your Email - there are ways to automatically organize your emails! Skip to 2:46 for the section on emails!

3. Social Media/Phone - we're spending an average of 3.25 hours on our phones each day, and this number is expected to rise as the years go on... (from The problem is not only the sheer time consumption, but how it interrupts our train of thought, our work flow because we check our phones so often. Just turn off notifications, use productivity app to manage your screen time and schedule your day so you get the most out of every moment!

4. Stop complaining - the time that we spend complaining can often be used to solve the problems that we rant about on a day to day basis!

5. General disorganization - I know we've all spent unnecessary time finding something that we lost... Spend some time to organize your belongings, it'll be worth your time and will make your workplace a well-oiled machine of productivity! As time goes on, I've started to organize things digitally.

6. Freaking out - people tend to procrastinate/freak out when the task at hand seems too daunting, but know that there are strategies to tackle big tasks. Break your task down to smaller, more attainable goals and you'll realize that things aren't so difficult if you take it one step at a time!

It’s sad to say that there will rarely be a time In the end, procrastination boils down to a choice. I know that everyone is capable of taking the time to do the things that make them uncomfortable and these are the experiences that we need to have to grow as individuals! If you have the discipline to follow the suggestions in this video, you'll have more time to do the things you want to do without feeling bad about putting off your other obligations to do so.
