Carl Menger and his theoretical foundations to Austrian economics Stanislaw assesses Carl Menger's views in the light of the foundations of the theory of Austrian Economics, which Menger believes, create a theory that explains the functioning of the economic system. Based on his work, the main elements of the theory have been identified, i.e. the concept of an economic man, uncertainty, time and money in economic processes. ln addition, it has been pointed out, what the influence Menger's findings had on the shaping of the Austrian School, for which the precursor and master is he considered.
