Caffeine, Coffee, Pre Workout’s, Adderall, Fat Burners Are Not Helping You. They Are Zapping You Morning Peeps ☀️ What is your current intake of Caffiene, stimulants, Coffee, Tea, Energy Drinks, etc? I currently am on only 2-3 bags of green tea in the morning.

What are your “Must Have” Supplements / Energy Hacks?

Mine are Vitamin D3.. Int fasting, somaderm hgh gel, msm sulfer, creatine, sun gazing at sunrise & sunset, cold exposure, 1 gallon of water everyday with ACV, Sea Salt & Cream of Tartar ( potasium ). Wim Hoff Breathing.

I used & abused coffee, caffiene pills ( sometimes 800-1200 mg’s of caffeine per day. Did it for 20 years.. I finally realized doing so was drainning me of real energy, focus & productivity. Caffeine is a drug & most likely it is not helping you. Most likely it is zapping your energy / productivity.
