*Corona virus Awareness programme with HOIs from Education Department at Drabshalla*




In order to generate mass awareness regarding Coronavirus infection, On the directions of worthy DC Kishtwar & Chief Medical Officer Kishtwar, Under the supervision of Block Medical Officer (BMO) Kishtwar Dr Gansham singh,
Dr Nazir Hussain, Medical Officer and Dr Haroon Medical Officer from Block kishtwar
conduct a workshop cum Awareness programme with the Head of Institutions of all Govt as well as Private Schools of the zone Drabshalla at Govt High School Drabshalla today.
Other than I/C ZEO Drabshalla Mr Imran ,the workshop was attended by
more than 100 of HOIs, Incharges and Teachers from different schools besides officials from Health Department attended the awareness workshop.
On the onset of the awareness programme, Dr Nazir Hussain welcomed all the participants and briefed /educate them about all the aspects of Coronavirus which is commonly known with COVID-19 name.
Dr Nazir Hussain informer the participants that the awareness programme was organized with the mission to sensitize the education department, staff and students regarding the disease so as to make the District free from any epedimic.
Dr Nazir Hussain in detail briefed the participants about the causes, symptoms and preventive measure of COVID-19, Coronavirus, different hand washing techniques and hygiene was given to them.
Dr Nazir Hussain also urged upon all the HOIs to disseminate the said protective measure information/awareness against Coronavirus in their respective schools and society as well whereas he also informed that Block Medical Officer kishtwar has constituted teams of Doctors and Paramedical Staff across the Block who have been deployed to visit all schools across the Block to generate more and more awareness among students.
Moreover, Dr Nazir Hussain added that BMO kishtwar have taken many steps to contain the spread about the virus but generating mass awareness amongst general public is extremely important to prevent and reduce transmission of the novel Coronavirus.

Drabshalla
