Other point I want to make. There isn't one sole body split that is the most superior then another. Yet the one that you can adhere too while seeing progressions and the numbers going up, the visual of body improvements and not hating the program the better off you will be. Like I mentioned in this video, I have personally done;
1) Push, Pull, Legs
2) Push, Pull
3) Full body
4) Bro Split
5) Variation of body parts
The only thing that changed for me was, the external factors as well as how many times I could allocate to being in the gym and following the plan.
