In this 20 MINUTE AT HOME TABATA WORKOUT NO EQUIPMENT NECESSARY video, you will be doing four body weight Tabata exercises as fast as possible with good form. You will be doing this HIIT workout "Tabata" style meaning that you will perform each exercise as fast as possible for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest period, for 4 minutes. Since you will be using body weight in this home Tabata workout, no equipment is necessary so you can do it anywhere you can bring your phone. Even though the video is less than 6 minutes long, it is a 20 minute HIIT workout. All you have to do is rewind to the time stamp on the video, take a sip of water, and go again. Repeat for a total of 4 sets. The four exercises in this Tabata workout plan are:
BICYCLES BURPEES SCISSORS JUMPING JACKS
These are total body exercises, difficult enough to challenge the veteran exerciser yet easy enough to learn to make this the perfect Tabata workout for beginners. Nothing beats a full body workout for fatburning! Please feel free to modify them according to your fitness level. I use these same workouts in the Tabata class I lead at a local park and live online. Tabata Intervals along with intermittent fasting has allowed me to achieve and maintain a body fat percentage of 9-11% at age 59! I have a whole playlist of Tabata workouts at home that you can watch at your convenience. The link is below. GO WATCH THE WHOLE SERIES AND FIND YOUR FAVORITE!
