I took Bobu and Han Meimei to Beijing's Gubei Water Town, and picturesque little spot next to a stretch of the Great Wall called Simatai. This is one of Beijing's most beautiful tourist spots, but it's gone mostly unnoticed by foreign tourists. There's lots to do and exploring is a must, but all that walking made Bobu rather hungry (several times).
