Police investigate two more teenagers for allegedly spitting in lifts in Punggol, Ang Mo Kio Two teenagers, aged 12 and 17, are being investigated for allegedly spitting inside the lifts of flats in two separate occasions. They are the second group of teens arrested for such an act as Singapore battles COVID-19. Spittle was found on the mirror in a lift at Punggol Walk, as well as on in a lift at Ang Mo Kio Street 32. Police identified the teenagers after investigating and checking police cameras. Just a week ago, three teenagers were arrested for spitting on buttons in a lift at Rumbia LRT station. Investigations are ongoing. Those found guilty of mischief can be jailed up to two years or fined, or both.
