SpOrTs sPeCiFiC TrAiNiNg Mostly fucking around today but the towel grip stuff is no joke useful for getting a better gi grip. One arm shrugs are still a staple for resisting chokes, and the behind-the-back shrugs/high pulls/whatever give a hella good trap contraction.
