WATCH: Officials hold news conference on coronavirus cases in Washington state Officials in Seattle and King County, Wash., confirmed four new cases of coronavirus-related illnesses on Sunday, bringing the state total to 13. The United States announced two deaths from covid-19 over the weekend, both in Washington state, and a new case was found in New York. Kirkland, Wash., has become a hub for the coronavirus response, as evidence suggests the virus may have spread undetected in the state for weeks.
